The hotel will be located in a very touristy area of Tbilisi. It will reinforce the hotel capacity of the old city which is always full. The hotel is rather modern in style and follows the current trend of advanced architecture in a traditional part of the old town. The first works have started, the plan has been approved and the building permit has been issued. The company that owns the land is seeking additional financing for the construction of the hotel.
